We were recently in a position where we needed to sell our Interstate Property and contacted Karine Wright who we had met about 3 years earlier. The fact that we contacted her early in the New Year while most people were still enjoying holidays didnt faze her and she went into action immediately and had the property listed and had a number of buyers through straight away .Throughout the whole campaign Karine and her team stayed positive and kept us informed every week about who had been through and what they thought .We had a bit of an unfortunate situation when a Sale Contract fell through late on a Thursday Afternoon but Karine managed to get other buyers through on the Saturday and had a couple of strong offers for $20,000.00 more than we had previously accepted and with only a 30 day settlement . We found that our experience with Karine couldnt have been easier considering that we were living 2000 kms away and she took care of everything for us and even sent us a lovely gift after we settled . We would have no hesitation in buying or selling with Karine again as her positivity is something that really gave us confidence . We are still hopeful that one day we will be back up to the Sunshine Coast when we retire and will definately look Karine up .
