Carl provided excellent advice and guidance through the whole sale process. Our circumstances were challenging with a deceased estate and not living in the area in which the home was located. I had to sell our parents unit when they moved into an Aged Card facility. I spoke to several Real Estate Agencies before engaging Carl. I have had dealings with Carl for over 20 years and have always been impressed with his professionalism, experience and knowledge of the local area.
