This is my first time buy house in Australia. George was introduced by his colleague and he brought me to whatever house I was interested. After I decided what house I am decided to buy, he helps me to contact a lots of different places, such as bank, electronic company and water/gas company. He is always passion to answer my question and take action to solve the problem quickly. During the observation of the house, everything was fine, a few days later the toilet suddenly have some weird water flow sounds which supposed to not happend. I found out that it is upper floor water facilities broken or something, then I contacted George and he called someone to fixed it. At first I thought I don’t need the gas so I told George that he doesn’t need to contact the gas company, but I forgot the hot water is connected with gas. Then after I ask for required he helped me as soon as possible, he also helped contact the owner of the house to ask about where is the setting to activate the gas. In conclusion, George is a very responsible and passionate person that he will literally do anything to solve the problem.
