Unfortunately we cannot recommend this agency. First of all, if you decide to go with it, check the contract length, they set it to 3 YEARS BY DEFAULT. Given the EXIT TERM IS 50% OF THE REMAINING CONTRACT, it forces you to pay thousands of dollars even if you are not happy with them, even if it's empty because it's based on the last tenant. We are currently with an empty property because the previous tenant was not managed properly and they haven't been able to secure a tenant for weeks with the range they provided. They are still sending us an invoice for 18 months. - The communication through the contract has been terrible, people come and go and there is hardly any handover so you don't really know if your emails are been read by someone until you get an email from a new person. - Water invoices were not paid on time, we kept getting reminders and warnings from the water company despite of multiple escalations - Tenant requests were poorly followed up or not at all. - Poor advertising / marketing. Property advertised for a mid point of their recommended range has been getting no shows at all. We only got more attention after deciding to move and that was to send us an invoice for 18 more months.
