I don't know why my review was not posted on the review page last time. This agency is still doing nothing. It has been two months now. The manager did not let us contact the strata while they do not even understand what really happened. No one came to check what the problem is. The funny thing is the other tenant who had the same problem in the same building fixed it within two weeks with her own agency and the strata fixed only one cable. They left us for a month saying the strata didn't answer their call and email and then, nothing happened after then for another months. NICE. The magic word "Unfortunately" "Out of our control" seems working really well this time. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Just embrace your own problem. We don't care mate! lol ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The strata took off the NBN service box and disconnected the network cables outside of the building and did not notice anyone. It has been a months afterwards and the agency literally did nothing for us. The internet is one of utilities that tenants can use like water so it should be fixed. It is like there is no water and the agency does not even try to fix it so we buy cartons of water and use it for shower and cooking. NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BEING WITH THIS AGENCY. --------------------------------------------------------- Ah, They didn't even lock the door after they inspected the property last time. Would you please lock the door next time? It seems they don't care tenants at all.
