Had a very bad experience with the agency today. The property we moved in doesn’t have any working lock on main door posing a security concern. Maintenance request has been lodged over 10 days ago but the property manager doesn’t have any update on it till today. Very disappointed.

While the system tools used by Xceed are good for Tenant sign up and commencement, the personal communication is lacking. We were given 1 set of keys so had to cut an extra set. While this was being done the keys got mixed up by the locksmith and he gave us keys that weren't ours. We put out an SOS call but this has gone unanswered for 2 days. We had to go back to the locksmith and get other keys that turned out to be ours (otherwise we couldn't get access to the property). We've also emailed almost daily to the agent for 4 days running with no response.

Have always been helpful and dealt with all my needs as requested. Have been renting with them now for two years and they have been very helpful and abliging at all times. They have found me another property to rent as I have to move on due to the selling of current premises and that has taken a load off my mind and a lot of searching.
