Sound Suburb knowledge with great guidance
Excellent service from the Team. A tenant was found very quickly for our property which was very pleasing. Great communication throughout the whole process and their knowledge of the Suburb statistics was great.

Poor communication
The was property was leased but the communication was poor, I had to call to find out what the progress was. I also wasn't informed when the bond was returned to the previous tenant so by the time there was an issue with the property it was too late.
