I won’t even list all the events that your agency and staff have failed on - far too embarrassing. I will say that the complete lack of service from Dasha and Courtenay lead us to leave. Having an investment property vacant for 8 weeks in this environment is a disgrace.

Xceed RE is excellent! They have been thorough and professional and great to work with. They kept us up to date about what was happening and the status of our application, always letting us know as soon as we've moved on to the next step. They wasted no time whatsoever and were able to give us an answer within a couple of days. They are honest and forthright. Really great experience on this rental compared to other experiences we've had with other realtors that were not so honest and professional. Looking forward to our tenancy with Xceed!

DO NOT USE. Xceed in nothing !!! 8 months 3 different property managers No property inspections in 8 months Late payment of fees incurring penalties Poor communication, did not act in our best interest. Too many property’s to manage . Not a good experience for us . Personally we would not recommend these people to manage your property !!

Our lease agreement was ending and we were needing to find new tenants. Xceed's Leasing Consultant, Gary Birkinshaw, did an amazing job with advertising and organising a home open. He found us a new tenant in no time and with minimal cost and loss of income to us. Amazing service and highly recommend Gary and Xceed for all things property management!
