What I like the most about them is their prompt turnaround response and they will keep you updated of what happening throughout the home open i.e. how many people attended, how many showing interest, application, etc. Every time I called them then they will always respond kindly so I highly recommend Xceed Real Estate for any landlords out there!

We used to be with Knight Frank which got taken over by Xceed. We've since had a few property managers change over and each time none of them took the time to phone us to introduce themselves. Doesn't feel like personal service. Every time I try to call or email and leave a message with reception, its luck of the draw whether I can get through to my property manager and sometimes they take over 2 weeks to respond. I'm constantly chasing them up.

As a referred customer, I am not happy with the service provided from Xceed to date. My rental property has been with them for two months now and there has been delays in rent from day one, statements, and overall really poor service. At this point, I would not recommend and I know other family members who also have their properties with exceed are feeling much the same. Disappointing!

I find that my queries do not get answered and i need to follow up a few times before they finally do. Sometimes i just give up as i dont find them particularly helpful or professional. A phone call would help but I've been asked to email instead about my query. I also find that the professional advice being given to me are not accurate sometimes. I think they need to be checked before and a due process should be followed so that landlords have more more confidence in their services.
