Excellent Agency.

Once again Xcode have meet all of our expectations and more. We had a quick, clean, trouble free tenant change over. The advice and support given by the team assisted us greatly in selecting the new tenant. Shannon once again proved herself to be very professional in her role. My self and my wife are very happy with the team at Xceed.

Excellent Experience

From the onset of my search for a new home, the first viewing agent Gary was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure my application was made priority. I can’t thank him enough for giving me the opportunity. The communication with the office staff is first rate, I’m so impressed with the professionalism of all the staff I have dealt with so far. They have dealt with my queries promptly and explained the processes for maintenance requests. I am so happy to have come to Xceed as I was very sad leaving my agent of 4 years from Harcourts. I’m hoping to continue in the same vain as my previous rental and looking forward to a positive tenancy with Xceed. Maria

Superb experience

I haven’t had to rent for over 15 years and it has been a trying experience to secure a rental in the current market!! Xceed has managed to stream line the experience with awesome technology and at the same time still providing that all important human touch. It takes a whole team to pull off such great service. Thanks team Xceed, I have been extremely impressed with the service you have provided...looking forward to the rest of my tenancy!
