Bella Pyke from Xceed Real Estate went above and beyond to help me get the best tenant for my apartment in Subiaco. She was always available if I had any concerns or questions and anything that needed to be attended to was also sorted out promptly and with no hassle. She is very professional and personable and I had a record number of people viewing the apartment and submitting applications. I would definitely recommend her and if needed in the future I will use her again.

Didn't get the favourable results although there were applications from the first viewing. However, my agent Amelia persisted and we got an ideal application on the third. Unfortunately, their circumstances changed and they withdrew their application when offered the lease. We continued the evaluations and eventually found the right applicant and the lease was signed. Throughout the process, patience and perseverance were required and Amelia came through. She always accorded me courtesy and professionalism in our communications . Ultimately, getting suitable tenants for an excellent rental property was the goal and it was achieved. The intricacies along the way required more than the usual effort .

Dealing with so many people when trying to deal with this company is a frustrating and time wasting exercise. We have been use to dealing with one person for finding the tenant, sorting out work orders or discussing finances, this experience of one separate person for each job is really frustrating. The communication could be better. We would not recommend this company if you are a landlord. We have had rentals for years and never felt like this before.
