I love not hearing about my rental property and receiving rent every month. For the most part this is what it's like with Xceed. Although I do hear from them when they need to contact me. I recently had a tenant move out, the departure went smoothly and a new tenant put in pretty much immediately. Zero complaints and would highly recommend.

My property was leased out at expected rent, and the timing was perfect. Xceed team have put sufficient details into advertisement as well as were available for house inspection as and when needed.
