I have utilised accede for just under 2 years now. In that time they have handled everything and reportedly been great with the tenants.

Our previous tenants have just moved out. Xceed has managed the re-leasing efficiently. They arranged advertising and home open prior to the tenant leaving. The home was quickly re-leased to new tenants with only a few days break. This would not have been possible without the diligent help of Michael, Madison and Jessica. They are all very helpful, efficient and professional. Our grateful thanks to you all.

Was with Max Comben Group who sold to Xceed. Was very happy with the Property Managers that I have had with Max who always did an excellent job looking after my property. Since being with Xceed the same Manager still looks after my needs. TK is an excellent Manager. The reporting has changed a little but so far all seems OK. My tennant has just changed and Xceed's Leasing Consultant has quickly found a new tennant.

Market knowledge was good, communication not so good. I had Bella as my selling agent and was under the impression that she would also be the agent looking after the property. It is also not very transparent that gst is not included in all the quoted prices, this almost made go with another company. I only spoke to the actual rental agent a month into the tenancy but so far Adrienne seems fine.

We have been with Xceed as our Property Management company for many years. There professional approach in managing our property has been a comfort to us as we have always had a positive relationship with them. Recently we had a change in tenants. We were kept informed of the process and were happy to select the new tenants. The transition was smooth.
