I had a block of 5 units on Cross Rd. As part of our retirement we started selling them ourselves over the last 4 years. After my son Peter had just sold his unit in Unley he recommended I talk to Andrew to improve my return on the sale of my unit. After some considerations I contacted Andrew and he came over to discuss his approach. I was impressed with his up front approach and decided to give him free range as to how to prepare the unit for sale. Andrew went into a lot of detail to explain his philosophy to get the best price so I just passed all the decision making over to him and relaxed. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way. After interviewing 4 real estate agents, face to face, to find the best one agent to sell my house, I selected Andrew. He is a personable, enthusiastic person who is passionate about his job. Informative and innovative, he is realistic and never tried to tell me 'what I wanted to hear' in relation to the asking price of my house. He listened to what I was hoping for and he suggested a price range, with which I was in agreement. My house sold after one open inspection and the price was at the top end of the range, achieving a price $13,000 beyond what I had hoped for. As I do not live in the same state as the house I was selling, communication was particularly important to me. Andrew kept me informed via phone calls, emails and text messages, at all times! He was brilliant. During my lifetime I have bought and sold 6 properties and most agents have been quite good, but Andrew has been the best, by a long way. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone!
