We listed our commercial properties with Grant at an asking price which was $170,000 more than the estimate of the nearest other agent, others were even much further away with their appraisals. Then we packed up and left town not expecting to hear much from Grant for some time. Well, less than a month later we had to return as Grant had sold both properties (as a package) unconditionally for full asking price.
