Grant handled the whole process very well. He was genuine and engaged in the process and very professional. Grant seemed to gain a good understanding of our circumstances and how we wanted to approach the sale and worked with us to achieve our objectives. As we are located in Sydney it was great to be able to rely on Grant to help us organise local tradesmen. It was also very helpful to have his wife and work colleague Michelle involved in the process to give us a woman's perspective. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely engage Grant's services in the future.
