Working with Yard Team (Delilah ,Danielle and Natalie) was an amazing experience from start to finish. As a buyer, I had plenty of worries, but their professionalism, patience, and excellent market knowledge gave me confidence. First i Buy through Danielle my unit, then after 18 month i decide to rent it out. They took the time to understand my preferences, were incredibly responsive to calls, and successfully negotiated a fantastic price when we wanted to rent it out (Dellilah) , their knowldge about properties and whats gonna happend in future make a great reference to me.
