I dealt with Delilah Palmer at Yard Property on behalf of the owner throughout the lease of our property, and I was very happy with the experience from start to finish. Delilah was responsive and easy to reach, and she kept us updated at each stage of the process. Questions were answered promptly and clearly, so there was never any need to chase for information. She was organised and on top of the detail, which made the whole process feel smooth and well managed. She was professional and courteous in every interaction, and she was also pleasant to work with. What stood out most was her reliability. When she said she would do something, it was done, and we could trust that our interests as the property owner were being looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Delilah to other property owners looking for an agent who communicates well, knows the market and delivers a professional result.
