About Delilah

Delilah’s passion for real estate and people has shaped an inspiring career built on connection, growth and genuine care. Starting her journey in 2018 as a receptionist, Delilah’s natural drive and curiosity quickly saw her move into property management, a space where her attention to detail and empathy for clients truly flourished. Over the years, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the property landscape, blending her background in hospitality with a deep appreciation for what makes great client relationships last. After spending time in Canada broadening her personal and professional horizons, Delilah returned to Australia with a renewed passion for property and a valuable perspective as a property investor herself. This experience allows her to connect with investors on a deeper level and understand what truly matters to them. As Investor Relationship Manager, Delilah is the first point of contact for clients interested in leasing with Yard. She helps guide property owners through our leasing services, ensures a seamless onboarding experience and supports them every step of the way. As the Head of Property Management, Jordy brings exceptional skills in customer relations and building strong relationships with clients. With a passion for customer service, Jordy stands out for her approachability, problem-solving abilities and her warm inviting nature. With an everlasting smile and can-do attitude, she believes in always putting the customer first and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Jordy strives to give her best in everything she does and is always seeking ways to improve and grow professionally. Jordy is also a dedicated mum of one. On the weekends you’ll find her out and about, bike riding, fishing and enjoying quality time with friends and family.

With over 8 years of property management experience, Jessica is a born and bred Fremantle local with a passion for real estate. Her extensive experience and strong work ethic has equipped her to always be on the front foot and be proactive, minimising any issues that may arise. She’s incredibly responsive and attentive to client and tenant enquiries. Ensuring every aspect of property management is handled meticulously, from maintenance to tenant communication, Jessica consistently strives to improve processes and achieve the best outcomes for properties and tenants. Jessica also enjoys creating memories with her family and friends exploring all that Australia has to offer.

About Sarah

Sarah is a clever, outgoing and accountable Property Manager at Yard, recognised for being approachable, intuitive, proactive and hard-working. Bringing five years of property management experience to the table, Sarah relishes an opportunity to solve a problem and put a smile on the face of her clients or tenants. Sarah holds numerous qualifications including a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Journalism, a Cert IV in Finance and of course her Property Management Registration. Prior to working in property management, Sarah obtained worked in a variety of customer service, retail and finance roles, in New Zealand and Canada. It is this exposure to different industries, cultures and lifestyles that has enables Sarah to adapt to change, address challenges and drive positive outcomes for clients. Sarah has recently re-joined Yard after returning from homeland New Zealand. In her spare time, Sarah loves reading, photography, and exploring Perth with her hubbie.

Natalie began her career in real estate in 2007 and went on to complete her Diploma in Property Services in 2010. With over 15 years of industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of all aspects of property management and real estate matters. Dedicated and approachable, Natalie takes pride in providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring properties are managed with professionalism and care. Outside of work, Natalie is a devoted mum of one and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Kelly Waddell brings a thoughtful, attentive approach to property management, backed by years of hands-on industry experience. Known for her calm and measured temperament, she approaches every situation with genuine care and persistence. Her ability to listen, communicate clearly and keep things in perspective allows her to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Empathetic by nature, Kelly takes the time to understand what matters most to people, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and consideration. Kelly began her career in real estate while at university, working in her family’s business before spending several years in interior design roles. She later returned to property, gaining extensive experience in both property management and accounts, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Since 2020, Kelly has progressed from a support role into a dedicated Property Manager, bringing valuable experience and a practical, hands-on approach to her role at Yard. Connected to the local community, Kelly is actively involved in her children’s school and sporting activities, from volunteering at Palmyra Primary School to supporting dance, cricket, basketball and Aussie rules. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including Dot (dog) and George (cat), playing backyard cricket or cheering on her kids at performances and games.

Smooth and Professional Property Management Experience

Excelent Comunication and Knowledge

Working with Yard Team (Delilah ,Danielle and Natalie) was an amazing experience from start to finish. As a buyer, I had plenty of worries, but their professionalism, patience, and excellent market knowledge gave me confidence. First i Buy through Danielle my unit, then after 18 month i decide to rent it out. They took the time to understand my preferences, were incredibly responsive to calls, and successfully negotiated a fantastic price when we wanted to rent it out (Dellilah) , their knowldge about properties and whats gonna happend in future make a great reference to me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent it out through Yard real estate agent.
