Yard Property helped lease this property

So easy to deal with, would definitely recommend

My initial dealings were with Delilah, who visited my home at very short notice to provide insight as to the rental income I would achieve. From then on, I was dealing with Delilah and Jessica (the Property Manager). Both were extremely friendly and professional. I had 2 home opens and 4 confirmed parties interested. The process was extremely easy and non intrusive (bearing in mind I was still living there at the time of the inspections). After I moved out, I omitted to provide all the keys to the property, to which Jessica took control and even dropped my keys back to me at my new home. I look foward to having a very long term relationship with Yard and I would totally recommend anyone considering renting to use them. I strongly believe they will totally act in my best interest.
