First and foremost, I wanted to let others know that not all real estate agents are the same. This is the first house that my husband and I have sold and, like many people, we didn't really think it mattered which agent we picked as long as we went with an agent from the area. This was a tough learning experience for us - this is the second time we placed our beloved house on the market and although we should have gone with Siobhan the first time as the number 1 agent in the area - we did not. She then provided us with guidance and advice on the changes to make to the house including changing the house to downlights inside and out. Siobhan then attended a meeting at the house with us and our wonderful electrician to work through the significant lighting changes we were going to make. She was available to us day and night and nothing was too much trouble.
