Honesty and Down to earth.

Having dealt with agents during my previous experiences with property. I have found Clare to be honest, down to earth and very approachable. For this same property I got quotes from other agents who were arrogant and more keen on advertising for a little less to get a quick sale. This was not the case with Clare, she was honest and even explained that we could get a better price then I was expecting. I didn't feel that I was just a number to her. We achieved exactly what Clare estimated, we were happy with the price and service and when in future if we decide to sell our current home, Clare will be our first port of call.
