Great outcome

Edwina achieved a sale price for our property that was within her original estimate, this estimate was significantly more than other agents in Yass had provided. No hitches. Smooth sale.

From the time we made our first enquiry Edwina was knowledgeable, helpful and punctual. Throughout the whole sale process everything was in place we were advised what information solicitors would need and when to provide it. Any questions were answered promptly and accurately, there was never any grey area. The whole transaction was very smooth, Edwina made it a pleasant experience.

Excellent experience

We recently settled on a home on Yass and have nothing but praise for Edwina. She was extremely professional from the first instance and was very accomodating in relation to the viewing of the properties. I found her to be honest in her dealings and she put myself and my husband at ease in this very hot market. She liaised well between us and the vendors and kept us informed every step of the way.
