Trish took over from another agent who was proving to be somewhat unethical. The contrast was stark. Trish is a true professional with very high ethical standards. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she could communicate this very clearly. She was extremely responsive, often dealing with issues at night and at weekends. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our property was somewhat unique and would appeal to a limited market, but Trish knew this market, showed remarkable persistence and overcame the numerous hurdles with confidence and encouragement to us. It was clear that she was working to obtain the best, realistic outcome for us, which she did. Her positivity and friendliness were very comforting to us.

We were incredibly impressed with the service we received from Andrew and his team. Selling in a very tough property market was challenging, but Andrew remained professional, friendly, proactive, and committed throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, his advice was honest, and his persistence ultimately led to a successful sale. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for an agent who delivers results, even in difficult market conditions.

Sadly I had to sell my beautiful home, due to separating from my partner. Cazz was so kind to me during this very stressful time, she took the extra time to keep me informed all the way through the process. One very stressful day in particular she called me and to check on me, she calmed me down, deep breaths, made a joke to make me laugh. Her photography team were also amazing, so kind and helpful. The photos they took were stunning!. I'd have to say this time selling one of my home's was probably the best experience I have ever had with a real estate.

Sam knows his stuff! Great communicator, great judgement, great advice. Down to earth. Knows the area, skilled negotiator. Keeps in good contact and is kind and wise. I recommend him highly.

The whole team at Ray White Yass were ever So helpful. We had two open homes and the house was sold on the very first. Communication was the key we never felt left in the dark about anything. Very happy
