About Lisa

Lisa commenced her Real Estate Career with Youngs & Co in September 2003. Starting as a Receptionist Lisa was keen to become a Property Manager. It wasn’t long after starting that the opportunity arose to join the Property Management Department. To her credit, Lisa is now one of the most experienced Property Manager’s in the Goulburn Valley. Being a trusted, honest and reliable Property Manager Lisa is motivated to help everyone she meets and to make their Real Estate journey as stress free as possible. She deals with issues quickly, efficiency and with empathy for all parties involved. A wealth of experience in all things Property Management including a comprehensive knowledge of Residential Tenancies Legislation, Consumer Affairs, Insurance Claims and VCAT Hearings. Well known, and with years of local knowledge and experience you can turn to Lisa for professional service and advise.

Straight out of school Connie commenced her employment in Real Estate as a receptionist in 1985 in the then Young & Rossignoli P/L Real Estate Agency and with further study was the youngest female in Victoria to achieve her full Estate Agents Licence.Connie is a director of Youngs & Co Real Estate and the Branch Manager of our Mooroopna Office. Always keen to foster good business today but more importantly build relationships for the future.

Working in Real Estate since 2015, Bree commenced her career as a Receptionist. Since joining the team as a Sales Assistant at Youngs & Co in November 2017, she found passion and an eagerness for Property Sales. Bree is our youngest Licensed Estate Agent. She shows a passion for people and understands the prevalence of providing outstanding and friendly services to our diverse clientele. Bree has a variety of roles within the team which include: Personal Assistant to director Glenn Young, Sales Consultant and Head of Marketing on all platforms. This variety assists her in ensuring she brings a friendly enthusiastic approach to the team. As a lifelong resident of the Goulburn Valley area, Bree enjoys the diversity and the growth that the market is experiencing. Bree is devoted to being current with all the latest and greatest in Real Estate and is constantly searching for ways to improve our equipment and services for our clientele.

Starting her journey in 2022, Gemma has recently completed her Agents Representative course and is eager to continue to grow in the property management department. Gemma’s attentive communication and passion to connect and help people is the most outstanding part of her personality. Young, honest, motivated and willing to exceed at real estate, Gemma is open to meeting all requirements possible to helping people.
