After interviewing a number of agents, we chose Connie, who went the extra mile in selling our property. Connie is a straight shooter and we trusted her suggestions eg. changes to make to the property before putting on the market and advertising it in a unique way to have broader appeal. This optimized the level of interest from potential investors and it was sold at a price much higher than we had gauged from our own personal research. Connie seemed to work 24/7 returning more important calls later into the evening and on weekends. Connie is honest, professional, efficient and her fee was competitive. Wish we could give Youngs & Co 10 stars!!!
