Connie was punctual to our appointment and polite to the tenant who occupied the property prior to it going on the market. As we are based interstate, Connie went above and beyond to ensure the property was ready for sale when the tenants vacated. She gave us excellent advice on how the property was situated in the market and saved us considerable time and money undertaking upgrades that would have proved unnecessary at that price point. Connie really knows her market and as a first time vendors, she gave us confidence because she listened to us and provided well considered advice. The photography and marketing package arranged by Connie, was delivered with excellent quality and timing and was likely the reason we received offers well above asking within a week of it hitting the market.
