Lisa did a great job screening clients and also advise regards to items to take care reg maintenance etc. The property was not vacant very long due to efficient handling of screening applications after inspections. I can recall then first time I met Nick during initial consultation. He mention all of the things that I was worried about and proposed solutions on how to manage it.
