He was previously the agent who handled the rental of this property, and he was excellent in this role also. I was always confident that he was across everything that was happening in my property. I went to many open for inspections during my search for a new home, including a few that were held by Haven Realty, and by far the best experience I had was at the inspections run by Nick. His knowledge of the local area was excellent, his advice on each property was always open and professional, he also spent some time explaining in detail all the ins and outs of the buying process from the initial inspection all the way through to final settlement. Nick has sold other units in the same complex so he was also able to answer every question I could come up with about the building and the unit.
