Nick was able to sell our house at a price we were happy with in a much more difficult market than a year ago. After floods in the local area and several interest rate rises we weren't sure about selling, however the offer we received after the first open home was well negotiated by Nick and ended up being a very smooth process with the house settling more quickly than we anticipated. Nick is a local agent and has great knowledge of the market in our area, which we needed as we just weren't sure on whether to sell or rent out the house.
