We saw a rental home advertised that suited our needs and contacted Your Realty. Unfortunately the property was in the process of being tenanted. Sophie continued to engage with us to help us find a suitable property. Lucky for us, the property we had seen first became available. We had a short turn around between submitting an application, approval and moving and Sophie ensured this was done in a timely manner. Renting can be hard, and the Your Realty team do what they can to make this easier- they are always contactable, helpful and thorough in processing requests (not that we have needed a lot as the house is well maintained). We are very happy tenants.

Rachael is worth her weight in gold. You can tell that she is passionate about real estate and loves her job!
