Your Realty has been exceptional and by far the best experience I’ve had. Michelle and Madison have been so friendly and are quick to respond. I’ve never had such a welcome experience when picking up keys, they even gave us a goodies bag. This made me feel like they really care, which I believe they do. I mentioned 2 (very minor) maintenance concerns, these were fixed within days. I really look forward to continuing renting through Your Realty. The whole team are by far the most trusted, friendly and caring agents and real estate in Gympie.

From my initial contact to view a property through to moving in, they showed a genuine interest in helping me find my new home. Sophie, in particular, worked around my busy schedule to show me the property and was professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We saw a rental home advertised that suited our needs and contacted Your Realty. Unfortunately the property was in the process of being tenanted. Sophie continued to engage with us to help us find a suitable property. Lucky for us, the property we had seen first became available. We had a short turn around between submitting an application, approval and moving and Sophie ensured this was done in a timely manner. Renting can be hard, and the Your Realty team do what they can to make this easier- they are always contactable, helpful and thorough in processing requests (not that we have needed a lot as the house is well maintained). We are very happy tenants.

Rachael is worth her weight in gold. You can tell that she is passionate about real estate and loves her job!
