Your Reality and the wonderful staff that make it work have been outstanding in every way. I was fortunate to have Sophie find me a rental with the perfect location, bedrooms and aesthetics. I felt my needs were considered and I was informed with timely communication about upcoming appointments and throughout the process of signing the lease. Other realtors should take a few notes from these professionals!!

As first-time landlords, we were naturally nervous about stepping into the rental property market—but working with Your Realty turned what could have been a stressful experience into an incredibly smooth and positive journey. From day one, the team was patient, professional, and genuinely understanding of our many questions and uncertainties. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, from preparing the property and finding suitable tenants to understanding the legal responsibilities and ongoing management expectations. Their communication has been excellent, always keeping us informed and feeling supported. Thanks to their guidance, we now feel confident and reassured knowing our property is in capable hands. We can’t thank the team at Your Realty enough for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone—especially fellow first-time landlords!

Sophie has been our property manager for the past three years, and we honestly couldn’t ask for better support. As our current lease was coming to an end, she went out of her way to help us find and secure another rental property – doing all the hard work for us. What is usually a stressful time was made smooth and seamless thanks to her dedication, efficiency, kindness and care. We are so grateful to be continuing on under Sophie’s management and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and genuinely supportive property manager, regardless if you are a tenant or a landlord.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Sophie while searching for a rental property in Gympie. From the very first enquiry through to signing the lease, nothing has been too much trouble for her. Sophie has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Relocating can be stressful, but Sophie made everything feel effortless. She kept me informed at every step, answered all of my questions with care, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her friendly and down-to-earth approach made me feel genuinely valued—not just as a tenant, but as a person. I’m so grateful for her help in securing my new home and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Sophie—your service has been outstanding, and I’ll happily recommend you and your agency to anyone looking for a place in the area. — Jennifer Barry

We have never leased/rented a house before so we’re going into this process with no knowledge. Michelle has made the whole process easy & had been so helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a unique situation where we wanted to use part of our acreage and Michelle was able to provide an accurate rental CMA and was also able to secure a tenant relatively quick. I would say they are the best in the area, as we did look into other agencies as well.

Specifically dealing with Sophie, the process of listing and renting our home was made easy, with her ability to confidently answer all questions we had and tackling any problems with confidence, grace and calmness. She has been honest and upfront with us, she is able to handle sensitivities, differences of opinions, requests out of the norm, even being available for us outside of 9-5 when needed at the time. Even though we are new to Your Realty, we have every confidence that Sophie will be able to make this process as stress free as it can be. She says what she means, does what she promises, without us having to chase her up. Thank you so much Sophie.
