What can I say about Rachael and YR? Rachael was amazing, she was able to help and guide us through the whole process with her knowledge and if she didn't know she found out for us asap. She made sure she communicated with us often and made sure we knew how everything was coming along. She is professional whilst also being someone that was personal and she was actually interested in helping us into a home. Excellent from start to finish. She and her team helped us get in to a home just before our newborn bursts on to the scene and they were so invested in that that they gave us a baby themed house warming gift!
