I have been using Your Reality for 8 years, from purchasing property to renting them out. We continue using Your Reality because all staff are Honest & Integrity, I find that very important to have trust with an agent. Your Reality staff have great communication skill, also they all have great knowledge understanding the local housing market.

The team was wonderful with helping us secure a rental while being a couple of hours away. Emily and Michelle were fantastic to deal with and Very happy with the communication and updating where possible. The little treat from both the real estate and owners which made the transition and unpacking easy.

Michelle’s market knowledge, communication and professionalism have been outstanding from the start. She responded to my online enquiry immediately and was punctual for the property inspection. She clearly explained how the process would work, including how enquiries and rental pricing would be managed, which gave me real confidence in her approach. Michelle kept me informed when applications came in and even handled practical tasks like getting keys cut, which made a big difference during a particularly hectic time. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I’m really grateful for the support.

The team at Your Realty did an exceptional job obtaining a great tenant for our place. In less than 2weeks since we called them about taking us on, they had it advertised and a tenant found with contract signed. So far they seem very detailed with everything they do and have great communication.
