Very professional and friendly

Helen was excellent throughout the purchasing process. A patient and supportive agent

When my husband and I knew around Christmas 2015 that we were relocating to Victoria from Qld due to family reasons, we searched properties for sale in Kailla as this was our preferred location. Helen was very prompt in the first communication with her regarding this property noting my husband and I were still based in Qld and in process of listing our home for sale so we can relocate interstate. She then kept the communication lines open over the next 8 weeks that eventually led to an offer on the property that was accepted by the vendor. Thank you Helen for your considered and professional response to a complex sales process relating to our moving from interstate to Shepparton.
