I have been a property investor for over 25 years. Buying houses to renovate and rent or to sell. Great experience, start to finish

Jodi was engaged to sell our home. From start to finish Jodi was open with communication, constantly keeping us in the loop on all aspects of the sale and assisting in whatever else we needed. Would definitely recommend Jodi to anyone looking for an agent.

Purchasing a property - Bacchus Marsh

I recently purchased a property in Bacchus Marsh and dealt with Jodi Nash for the entire process. I had looked at a couple of other houses prior and she had been excellent in getting me all the information I requested and opens were always punctual. I had purchased an investment property through Jodi several years prior and found her very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Jodi on this occasion was extremely helpful and happy to meet us for a private inspection at the last minute, was honest and at all times was quick to respond to my numerous emails and phone calls whilst I arranged finance for the property. I would highly recommend Jodi in all aspects of purchasing and selling properties highly recommend to friends and family looking in the Mooroolbool shire area.

Professional and Hassle Free

The whole sale process was totally hassle free from initial inspection, photos, open house to sale. The property was tenanted during the process and this was handled excellently. Property was sold within 10 days after one open house. Jodi was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated with all parties superbly. Great job with a very satisfied vendor!
