I am really pleased with the way Debra and Victoria have communicated with me. They are both a pleasure to deal with. Our house came up for rent over the Christmas period, an application was received but not processed due to your office closing. We missed out on that applicant. I think in future you should have someone who processes these applications so that the landlord is not out of pocket. Apart from that (which i totally understand was out of your control) the ladies are great to deal with.
