Excellent communication skills providing feedback from the start until the end, securing buyer before Auction it meant alot as I was feeling the pressure of going to Auction. Got us our dream home!
We were quite late to the inspection of the property but knew instantly this was the one. Menka expedited the paperwork for us and advocated for us to the owner, allowing us to close the deal that weekend. She saw our passion and was able to translate that to the owner, assisting us with negotiations and communication with the vendors. Will always be grateful to Menka for helping us secure our dream home!

Excellent Agent
We found Menka to very professional, honest, knowledgeable and hardworking. From the moment we met Menka and she did our appraisal which was a bit higher than we even thought, she was so determined to sell our house which she did within the month. Also working on weekends and public holidays to achieve the sale of our property. What Menka promised us during the appraisal she followed through and delivered.
