Excellent and honest Agent
Joel was outstanding. Our property was unique but Joel did so much research to obtain the best possible outcome. He kept us informed on all levels regularly. With his outstanding knowledge of the real estate market, his professionalism, and honesty we were overwhelmed and pleased with the sale/auction. He is also a great Auctioneer. Awesome Agent
After screening multiple agents, I selected Andrew and YPA to sell my property. This was the best decision I made. While other agents pitched by criticising other agents, YPA focused solely on their services and what they could do for me and the commitment they gave. Andrew is not only a knowledgeable and professional agent, he also keeps you informed and is honest and open. He works very hard to get you the outcome and will walk you through every step of the way. If you left a message for him, guaranteed you would get a call back within 10 minutes. YPA also stepped in midway when the Real estate Agency I was using to lease the property (not YPA) was not managing my property to my standard. The day that I moved the rental to YPA, was the day leasing became stress free after two years of stress. I thought that stress was normal when you had a rental property but I realised that this should not be the case and I am glad that YPA made that clear for me in the end. I would highly recommend YPA for both sales and leasing of your property. They are people who care about their clients and make the experience of leasing and selling as stress free as possible. Great Agent
Andrew kept me up to date during every step of selling my home, from when the sale board was erected, when advertising was loaded on to the internet and calling me after each open house to let me know how many interested parties attended. Nothing was too much trouble and I appreciate all the work Andrew did in getting my house sold.
