This has now been the second time that I have worked with Andrew. In short, my house was sold in 4 days. Andrew worked outside the catchment zone of his office and still managed to have my house sold just shy of the highest asking price. I must note that Andrew also works with a strong team of professional sales people, each possessing their own strengths.
