I contacted an agent review site in 2017 to find out about local Real Estate Agents in Caroline Springs. I had 3 recommendations from different agents and all 3 contacted me. Andrew was one of these agents and whilst I was not ready to sell in late 2017; only Andrew remained in touch with us all the way through 2018. Andrew was persistent in a polite and professional manner. We decided to get in touch and invite Andrew and YPA for an appraisal. We met Andrew and his team and felt comfortable with his approach and market knowledge. Initially we were planning to speak to other agents (the ones that were recommended) however after the meeting we signed on as his clients as we were comfortable that Andrew will do the job that is required. We had potential buyers visiting our house within the 1st week of signing the contact with Andrew. Andrew was quick to engage his team (Michael and Jordan) and more potential buyers started coming the following week. In short, we did not get to Auction; the supply of potential buyers and getting the right offer meant that we could sell relatively quickly. Additionally, Andrew gave us the right advice on how to style our house. He represented our needs; gave the right advice and communicated on what’s the next step involved. Undeniably property preparation for sale and negotiation is stressful but the whole experience with Andrew and YPA was professional and got us the outcome we wanted.
