We met Joel very early on in our property search. After weeks of searching we knew that the home we had seen with Joel was the property for us. Joel was very patient with our hundreds of questions, some very important, some not so much…but he always took the time to answer our numerous calls. Even once the contract was signed and the deal done, Joel was still keeping in touch letting us know he was available if we required any further help.
