With the rental market tight, and applying for lots of rentals, I was so excited when we heard from Jessica telling us we had secured the property. Jessica walked us through on what we needed to do and by when. Her communication was great, we finalised the payments, received confirmation response quickly. We couldn't get the heater to turn on once moved in , Jessica immediately arranged for some one to come and see it which ended up no being required because Jessica made contact with the previous renters to check if they had any issues. They advised her what had to be done which she relayed to us and no maintenance required.

Having rented residentially now for 20 years, I've experienced a host of property managers, levels of professionalism and personality profiles. Jessica Cash outshines agents I've known with decades more experience on the job. She is young and brings a fresh approach and vigorous energy and passion, yet maturity, to her role. We moved into a brand new rental property which came with a list of after-build warranty issues and Jessica has been negotiating between the building company, various third party suppliers/installers, the property owner and us as the tenants for several months. I trusted them with my property however once engaged they don't communicate well and are very stubborn with their communication. In addition, they changed my rental frequency without communication. Would certainly revisit their services at the end of the year if performance and communication does not improve.
