I have started using YPA since Feb 2023. I have changed realestate company to YPA . My agent is Tahlia Hall and have to give her the credit for making the experience so pleasant and hassle free. I have dealt previously with other companies and I can see the difference in customer service . Tahlia is always available to answer my calls and prompt in letting me know if there is any issue with rent etc. Because of Tahlia sometimes I forget that I have rental property meaning I know someone is keeping an eye on my property and I don’t have to stress at all .
