Kate has enormous amount of experience in real estate knowledge. Initially we had a meeting explaining the neat gritty about selling a house in light of interest rates rising. It was sooth sailing. It only took approximately 3 weeks for the house to be sold. Weekly updates about the market was provided. I will strongly recommend any one thinking of selling their house to talk to Kate.

Kate did a fantastic job for us from the initial appraisal to recommendations and detailed instructions on what needed to be done prior to going live. It made it easy and hassle free for us. We felt supported all the way through and Kate went above and beyond answering any questions we had even after hours. And once the sale went through up to this day 1 day away from settlement Kate is still walking us through everything. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent us. Kate was AMAZING!! Kate went out of her way to schedule me in to view any properties I was interested in and worked around my work schedule. Kate was so helpful throughout the whole process from viewings and inspections to putting an offer in and signing the contract !! Her communication is ON POINT and always followed up on how we felt about the properties and gave all information needed!! Kate has been great to work with in the sale of 2 of our properties. She provided really good tips on things to fix up to increase the value, gave us great insights into the local market and always kept us up to date and proactively tried and suggested different approaches (especially as the market was slowing). We really appreciated Kate going above and beyond in some cases like recommending and organising tradies for us and even helping with the window cleaning. :)
