Fantastic Agency
All of the team at YPA Estate Agents Sunbury are amazing! We recently took the step to purchase our first investment property. Shantelle the selling agent was very professional and helpful. We then signed up with the YPA rental department and both Tanya and Hayley have been fantastic. We would highly recommend them and cannot be happier with our choice of YPA Estate Agents Sunbury.

Professional and friendly team
Staff have been very helpful in helping me secure a new rental after my current one was sold! The sales staff were excellent to deal with when my current property was on the market, always ensuring the 'open for inspection' times were scheduled when convenient and with ample notice. All communication was thorough, friendly and professional.

Simply the best in Sunbury
After visiting all the local agents in Sunbury I was fortunate to find YPA! Maria was a pleasure to deal with, very proactive and professional as well as friendly, patient and understanding. Under a tight schedule she went above and beyond securing our rental property within hours of lodging the paperwork. Leasing of property
Disappointed that YPA did not check our security window roller shutter are in working condition or not before we approved security bond to be returned to previous tenants. Because after only one over week new tenants feedback that they are not working. We do not wish to repair because since we bought this property in 2013 we didn’t use them but YPA replied that we must repair or else tenant can go vcat to complain against us. We were told we have to remove the roller shutter if we don’t wish to repair. Our stand is that if we knew roller shutter not working anyone wish to lease our property should be informed and it up to them to decide if they want to lease our property. Hope YPA can solve this issue for us. Thank you.
