Experience and knowledge beyond compare
We were looking for our first home and had attended many inspections. Unfortunately at some of the homes we were made to feel that because we were young we weren't worth the time. Which meant that we did not make offers, simply due to agents interaction with us. Lisa's interaction with us was different, we were given the time and her professionalism was outstanding. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the property was to be admired. We are very fortunate to have been able to buy our first home through such and amazing agent. Thank-you Lisa for all your hard work, it was greatly appreciated.

Fabulous friendly and professional service.
We were having to put my father’s unit on the market for him to go into aged care because of health problems,and felt quite anxious about the whole thing, as my father was unable to do by himself,and we were hoping to find a realestate person who could be patient with my Dad’s questions and be considerate of making it as easy for him to understand. We are so happy we found Patrick from YPA. He is such a professional guy, but has also shown compassion for my Dad,to have confidence in the entire process. Patrick was in constant contact with us with any updates and after each open house, rang to let us know how things went. He also gave us advice about how the selling process usually takes place,even when we might be keen to take an offer, he thought that the offer was a understated. And after 3 weeks, it was sold without much stress at all. Mainly due to the fact of how much faith we learned to have in Patrick handling the sale.We would strongly recommend YPA to anyone after our experience. Thanks to Pat and his fabulous team!
