Overall, I think YPA is an excellent real estate agent. I would recommend you to landlords courtesy of the way you constantly review and monitor the property, but I would also recommend you to tenants. Anita was excellent at my last inspection. She has very good energy, not intrusive at all, and she was communicative and easy to talk to. I had a number of concerns about the property, too, that she followed up on. The agency is approachable but respectful of privacy at the same time. I appreciate that.

Ever since YPA have taken over, we have generally had a good experience with them. If any thing, they could improve their communication a bit better; for instance, we had an agent who was looking after our property. We had no information that she had quit and someone else had taken over. However, Jenny who is now looking after, is really good and we have had a favourable experience with them, especially now with having to let out our property again
