Well what can I say, Lisa is one of a kind with all the right things to be a prefect agent. I approached Lisa for a valuation/quote for a sale of my home. Lisa is such a professional, arrived on time and fully prepared for the interview with me. Saying that I am from a professional background so I do not like to be given any miss information I want a positive up front answer to my questions. Lisa did more than that she showed me all the sales/valuations in my area of Canterbury Hills, gave me a quote of what my home should sell for. She suggested a Auction for the Sale and advised that if the Auction did not get a sale that she would be sure to sell the house within 2 weeks.
