Great agent
Lisa make the whole process very easy and simple. She explained everything. She made appointments as requesed and she was very knowledgeable. I would allways recommend Lisa. Lisa also sold my property so it was a natural progression to buy fhrough Lisa as well.

Lisa Totora had been working with us for a little over a year trying to assist us finding a rural property to purchase. We did not end up making the purchase through her but chose to sell our Sunbury property through her. Over that time she would make contact on a regular basis to see how we were going with our search. She was the only agent that did this. She has always been highly professional and highly available, answering her phone well after hours. She would go out of her way to find information on properties to assist us with our decision making and was great support when we actually found a property to buy in Riddells Creek. The sale of our Sunbury property was quick and easy, with no shortage of buyers being shown through. Lisa displays a friendly approach but has the ability to get the deal done and fight for our asking price. We are extremely satisfied with the price we got for the property and at how smooth the whole process was. We constantly recommend her to our friends and would definitely use her again. Great Agent with strong work ethic
Having spoken to a number of agents in Sunbury, we settled on signing with Lisa as she always made herself available for any questions we had and provided a realistic expectation on what the property would be worth. Lisa ended up obtaining a sale within two weeks of signing with the sale being above the reserve price. Overall I can say that we have been very happy with how easy the process has been and Lisa's commitment to her clients.
