Jeremy Dean, words cannot truly describe him!
Jeremy from the outset displayed phenomenal knowledge of the market, which surprised me due to his age. His friendliness, and ease to talk to made it so much easier. He put in a lot of extra work which shows just how conscientious he is. I found him to be a real breathe of fresh air. If you are thinking of real estate in the area I could not recommend him highly enough. Jeremy is your man!

Don't be fooled by his youthful looks
This is the second property that Jeremy has sold for us and the second time that he has achieved outstanding results; way beyond our expectations. From our first meeting with kayla when she came to appraise our property, through to the eventual sale , kayla was very professional. She was very easy to work with, kept us informed throughout the process and worked diligently to get us the best possible price for our property. The sale of our property was under very difficult circumstances, but Kayla was very understanding of the situation and offered us the time we needed.

Kayla is different than others. Understand and understood our circumstances. Does not say much in words but Kayla’s actions speaks louder. Bubbly personality and made me calm always. An Amazing Agent!!
We being, first home buyers were a bit scared and nervous about all the procedures that comes in the way of buying a house. But Jerermy made it all so easy and smooth for us. From our first private inspection, signing the contract to picking up the keys, he was always there to help happily and enthusiastically. And cannot forget to mention the yummiest cake he brought for us that made our first day at home even more sweet.He is the most genuine and wonderful real estate agent and all around an amazing person. Absolutely great agent and communicator
Kayla is an excellent agent because she has a very engaging personality with a very astute market knowledge of the area. Our property sold in 2 weeks and what made the sale happen so fast was that the property was priced in accordance with the market and Kayla was all over this. I would certainly recommend Kayla Ridolfi and YPA to anyone because they know what they are doing in this space.
